– Must be within East Tampa CRA

– Units must be single family home and owner  occupied

– Must meet Habitat’s Income Eligibility Requirements

– Must be on the same St. / Ave / Cir., etc.

– Min 5 homes / Max 10

– Must have a shared community space (park, center, garden).  Or one that is within reasonable distance and accessible to the community being served.

*Projects will consist of painting, landscaping and minor exterior repairs.
