Wow! Pat yourselves on the back Habitat Hillsborough car donors! Habitat for Humanity International recently notified us that our affiliate has successfully generated more than $100K life-to-date funding for our home building program from car donations.
Many thanks to all who have generously donated their vehicles to help fund our mission to provide affordable homeownership opportunities to hardworking families! While your donation is managed through Habitat’s national Cars for Homes coordinating system, the funds resulting from your donation are directed to our local Habitat affiliate so your donation benefits local families right here in Hillsborough County.

We attribute the success of our Cars for Homes initiative to the volunteers, donors and community supporters who are advocating for this way to assist Habitat by referring their friends and colleagues. In fact, two of the ways that donors most often tell us they learned about Cars for Homes are “word of mouth” and “friends and family.”
