Agreement reached between Habitat Hillsborough and Southeast Properties

TAMPA, FL — Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County and Southeast Properties Acquisitions, Inc. have reached an agreement in which Habitat will repurchase 12 mortgages it sold to Southeast Properties in June.

Both parties agreed that it is in the best interests of the homeowners for Habitat to reacquire the loans. Habitat has informed the homeowners and will work with each of them to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.
