Habitat Hillsborough’s COO Ron Spoor named Housing & Education Alliance 2018 HEART Housing Award recipient.

Please join us in congratulating our COO, Ron Spoor, on receiving the Housing &  Education Alliance 2018 HEART “Housing” Award during the HEART Awards reception September 27th at the Bryan Glazer Family JCC.

The awards indicate recognition by our peers in the affordable housing industry.  The Housing Award was given to recognize an individual or organization that has made an extraordinary commitment to educating groups and/or individuals about achieving or sustaining homeownership.  Clearly, we think Ron Spoor was an excellent choice!!

We are honored to have had two other staff members from Habitat Hillsborough named finalists for the 2018 HEART Awards. Congratulations also go to CEO Tina Swain, nominated for the HEART Leadership Award, and VP of Loan Origination Kathy Brogli, who received two nominations for the Volunteerism and Finance Awards.

Thank you to the nomination committee from the Housing & Education Alliance and to the judges who had the difficult task of deciding this year’s award winners.
