Jerry Wooten is a U. S. Air Force Veteran who served September 12, 1956 to Sept 11, 1960. Jerry and Tina Wooten suffered a life changing house fire two years ago and the rebuilding of their home has taken time. Today, Habitat Hero Sponsor, Travelers, will have a team of volunteers join Jerry and Tina at their home to paint and landscape the exterior. Bringing them one step closer to moving back into their forever home where they plan to live out their days together.

Something interesting about Jerry. He served as a Fire Control Tech and spent time attached to the Flying Tigers.
